A 12 story building built in 1904.

A historical gem in the heart of Manhattan from the Art Deco era.

 

Concept design

5 months of construction:

7 floors of demolition

15 bathrooms

7 kitchens

Concept Design : Offices

The 5000 square feet floors were all divided by walls that created small and cramped spaces. The conceptual design proposes all walls to be demolished and reimagines open floor plan offices.
