The concept for this student dormitory design highlights the different programmatic values for the 2 sides of the building. The system that provides an exterior circulation at one part of the building praises a communal aspect of living, where as the other side respects to privacy and individuality.  The circulation space in the middle of the two separate parts serves as a common ground and a vertical atrium that allows light into two different parts of the building to enhance the everyday mode of living.
