Asya Cetin is a contemporary image-maker working between New York and Paris. With a foundation in fashion photography, her practice centers on movement, texture, and the emotional space that unfolds between herself and her subjects.
She approaches photography as a dialogue rather than documentation. Rooted in trust, intimacy, and collaboration, Cetin explores themes of identity, belonging, and displacement shaped by her experience of living and creating across different cultural environments.
Known for her tactile, raw visual language, she is drawn to the body and surface as sites of vulnerability and strength. For Cetin, image-making is both ritual and refuge, a space of openness, presence, and shared discovery.
Alongside her artistic practice, she has collaborated with international brands including Gucci Beauty, Pat McGrath Labs, Nike, Hugo Boss, Oscar de la Renta, J.Crew, YSL, and Swatch. Her work has appeared in Vogue, Elle, GQ, and ODDA Magazine, including multiple cover stories.
