EDOARDO COZZANI
NEW YORK
Edoardo Cozzani is an Italian multimedia artist born in Rome in 1993, who currently lives and works in Brooklyn. He spent extensive time in different terrains and landscapes such as: deserts, wet lands and mountains. This is where he developed an ever growing interest for the intersection between familiar objects, unfamiliar shapes and unusual contexts.
In his artistic process, Edoardo exploits experimental photographic practices and works across mediums—encompassing sculpture and land art. With camera less experimentations and the manipulation of unconventional sculpting materials, Edoardo aims at blurring the line that separates the natural from the man-made. He is interested in exposing the conflictual relationship between humans and the environment.
